Marcom and Content Developer

Position: Will be full-time position based in Bangalore, reporting to Head of Marketing

Essential Skills:

  1. Must have a strong flair for writing and developing content for the web, social media, blogs
  2. Must be able to generate product and target consumer relevant blog material and post
  3. Original material as well as re-purposed material rehashed to suit topics of interest
  4. Will be responsible for keeping content-SEO friendly
  5. Must be able to develop quick content summary based on consumer interviews over phone and eMail
  6. Must be able to identify trending social media content and use it for FB, Twitter and Instagram coverage
  7. Will connect with agencies, franchisee partners, resellers, sales staff to provide relevant marketing collateral with minor customization of content on demand.
  8. Should be a pleasing personality willing to work in start-up routines, wearing multiple hats in an exciting informal environment.
  9. Should be an excellent communicator -both spoken and written and should have a commitment to push the envelope on high quality writing.
  10. Should be social media / digital marketing tech savvy and be passionate about building a career in marketing content.

Education & Experience:

  1. Degree in Mass Communication from recognized college is helpful
  2. Good exposure to writing in variety of media is desirable.
  3. 1-2 years of relevant experience will be helpful

Sales Executives

Position: Will be full-time positions based in Bangalore, reporting to Head of Sales

Essential Skills:

  1. Must have a strong flair for sales – direct consumer sales, institutional sales
  2. Must be fleet-footed and street-smart with a keen sense of assessing the sales opportunity quickly
  3. Must be able to organize schedule and resources to best meet targets awarded
  4. Must be fully knowledgeable about the product range, feature-set, capabilities and updated about new products
  5. Will be an excellent communicator and pleasing personality
  6. Must be able to work in teams and willing to travel within and across state covering territory allocated
  7. Must maintain healthy customer, reseller, franchisee relationships
  8. Must be dynamic, passionate with strong people skills and a high level of ethics.
  9. Should be a pleasing personality willing to work in start-up routines, wearing multiple hats in an exciting informal environment.
  10. Should be social media / digital marketing tech savvy and be passionate about building a direct sales career.

Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor degree from recognized college is helpful
  2. 1-2 years of relevant direct sales experience will be helpful
